[Announcement] Rules and guidelines - Read before you explore the forum

Here are some rules and guidelines you should read before exploring the forum
1.Basic Rules
+Use proper English as you talk to other members,especially the website's staff (Including Admins,Moderators,Resource Staff Members)
+Search before you ask - Believe it or not,it might gives you a faster result
+Avoid using too many smileys in one post as it might cause annoyance to other members

2.Posting
+Follow the basic rules as you make your posts/threads
+Please add [X] before your new threads as it makes it easier for other members to find and read your articles
Example
[3DSMax] Modeling a simple wineglass
[RMVX] Tips to parallel mapping
Some currently known abbreviation for X that you should use: (They are just only popular abbreviations)
3DSMax: 3DS Max
3DGS: 3D Game Studio
RMVX: RPG Maker VX
RMXP: RPG Maker XP
...
+If you want to create your own team/fan-club please create your application with the following form,all of the applications that doesn't fulfill this form will be ignored,thanks for your understanding,also,please read the 4.

Team Creating Application
Team's name: (Only include normal alphabet characters if you want to have your own team's box on this forum)
Team's main aspect: (You can choose 2D/3D or Both)
Team's leader: (Enter the name of your team's leader)
Team's member: (Enter the name of your team's member)
Team's rules: (This is your own team's rules that you should follows,these rules should not violate the website's basic rules)
Team's Icon/Banner: Optional (However,please note your icon should not exceed 50x50 pixels and your banner should not exceed 800x200 pixels)

3.Exploring
+Follow the basic rules as you explore the website
+Always use the search tool as it could gives you your answer much much faster
+To search faster,you can use the forum's filter - advance search tool to find your articles
+If you have trouble using the website,you can contact the website's staff or make an article in General Discussion,we will check your problem as fast as we can,however,please do not spam

4.Team/Fan-club Rules
+Follow the basic rules and your team's rules
+Your team/fan-club must be active,any inactive team/fan-club will be deleted (The maximum time is 1 month after your team's last post,if your team exceed that time limit,your box will be deleted)
+Do not spam,any spamming posts will be deleted
+You can create your own team/fan-club's events but please note that the website's staffs will not involve and interfere your events,make it at your own risks
+If your team violates any rules 3 times,your box will be deleted without any notice

5.Forum Guide
+You can use search function + abbreviations keys for faster searching result
Example
In search,type 3DSMax and then click search,you should now have your results (Which are 3DSMax related articles)
+Keywords are your friends:Such keywords like Modeling,Mapping,Scripting,... will also gives the result just like the abbreviation keys (Note that you can also combine this with abbreviation keys for better search results)
Example
In search,type Modeling and then click search, you should now have your results (Which are Modeling related articles)
+Various functions are available to help you create/edit your own thread:Insert Image,Videos,Hyperlinks,Flashes,Font Customizing
+Read forum descriptions if you would like to know more about a forum and the articles it contains
Example
3D Game Design Tutorials will only contain tutorials for making 3D Games
