Today,I'm gonna show you how to model a basic bullet (Note,this is only a basic one)
First,start 3DS Max and choose to create a line,draw half of your bullet's shape,note:for this model,draw from the bottom to the top
Now,go to modify tab expand,and choose Vertex,then start editing your shape with tools like Move
After you are done,choose the start point or end point of your shape
Go to Modifier List and choose Lathe,by default it should be 360 Degrees
Now,press M (Open Material Window) and choose the Square next to Diffuse in Blinn Section
Choose Bitmap from the newly appeared window and choose the bullet texture from your files,don't worry if you don't have one,I'll upload mine later
After that,change your options to your likings
Now drag the Material and apply it to your shape,and you are done,you should now see your result

Tips:You can also create a bullet from creating a Cyclinder which would takes more time though,how ever will give quite a result
